up to the final sale or lease to a third party.
We research for the type of property requested by the client, following his needs and we
take care of all the paperwork necessary for the acquisition from legal point of view,
making use of our trusted advisors.
2. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Alias Investments also takes care of the tax side and the related accounting services,
avoiding our clients from getting lost in the maze of bureaucracy and local offices,
intervening on their behalf , when requested, in the resolution of property tax payments
and condominium expenses.
In the case of leased properties, Alias Investments may also be in charge of managing
the property as a whole, starting with the search for referenced tenants, collecting the
monthly rent and managing relations with the tenants for all duration of the contract.
3. RENOVATION AND SALE
In the event of the acquisition of a property that requires any type of renovation,

supervise the necessary works on behalf of the client, preparing and periodically sending
